Product Summary
Use this non-proprietary, outdoor rain guard to give added protection to access control devices. Position card readers, intercoms, keypads, entry/exit buttons, and other devices beneath its 3.5” top overhang to shield them from rain, snow, and sun exposure. Protective hoods are most often used at pedestrian or vehicular access points in entryways, parking facilities, and gated entries.
Product Overview
This unit is made from 16-guage steel and finished with an outdoor polyester powder-coat with UV inhibitor. Knockouts indicate where to drill holes for surface mounting. Customized options include a choice of power-coating colors and modified height, width, or depth. Additional costs and lead times may apply.
Each hood ships foam-wrapped for safe transport.
