We provide a direct online shopping experience for any customer who creates an online account at pedestalpro.com. We also sell certain models through an international network of distribution partners.
How long does it take to receive Pedestal PRO products?
Approximately 150 standard stock models typically ship within 24 hours if your order is received by 1:00 PM MT. Custom designs usually ship within 12–15 business days depending on project requirements and approvals. Allowing us to generate a custom quote for you will provide a specific lead time window.
Can I rush my custom project?
Yes. If you need a specialty design, our team can fabricate your project in as little as 3 business days. We offer the following lead times with rush fees to accommodate urgent requests:
- 12–15 days = Standard, no additional charge
- 10–11 days = 15% rush fee
- 8–9 days = 25% rush fee
- 6–7 days = 45% rush fee
- 4–5 days = 65% rush fee
- 2–3 days = 100% rush fee
How do I order a custom pedestal?

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Do pedestals come pre-drilled for technology devices?
